The thought is that you will learn what a healthy portion size looks like after eating the specially designed meals.
Jenny Craig promotes physical activity each day. They also take into consideration your mental and motivational needs. These are met by weekly sessions with a counselor either in one of their centers or on the phone. Clients are taught basic nutritional lessons to help them meet their long term weight loss goals.
There are many personal success stories from using this weight loss plan. However, there are also many customers who have not been satisfied with their results. As always, take everything into consideration before you buy
