When Obesity Research Goes Awry

Results are in on a study in the Netherlands by their National Institute of Public Health and the Environment office. They’ve found that healthcare costs are higher for people living longer that are thin and non-smokers.

It was pointed out that the study didn’t factor in other costs of obesity and smoking…. “lost economic productivity or social costs”. You don’t want to hear my thoughts on that…maybe you do…I’m just going to say obviously they just discovered it doesn’t cost as much to keep me alive if I’m fat, so why should they insult me further until they discover that I’m actually very productive and social.

Now my goal is to be thin so I can be ostracized in my old age for using too much health care.
