Ok, Easter will be here tomorrow. The nefarious bunny will have left all kinds of treats behind. Chocolate eggs and bunnies are sure to surround you everywhere you look. Jellybeans galore. Sugar, sugar, and more sugar. What is a dieter to do?
Take a deep breath. You CAN do this. You have the power to make the decision to either give in or resist. It may be hard, but it will be worth it.
If you simply MUST taste something, that is OK. Just don’t eat the basket in one sitting. In fact, a little indulgence will be good for you. Just don’t go overboard. Have a little and then move on. Don’t beat yourself up for a slip here and there. We are looking at the big picture overall.
Plan your strategy. Now that you have your strategy worked out, move forward and don’t second guess yourself. What is your strategy this Easter season?
