I have been taking kioslim for about a month and I really like it so far. But of course a weight loss pill is not the ne plus ultra. Therefore good advise is always helpful. For example you should try to drink at least two litres of water every day. Do you have any other good advise?

Also drink alot of herb tee, they are supposed to be very food for you, eat whole wheat bread and get rid of white bread, low fat milk, and trash all chocolate. I am going to steam my vegies. and broil my meat now. I have been checking on how to improve my eating habits and these were just a few ideas. I would love to hear more from you.

Yeah these are pretty good ideas to lose weight too. I think it is also good to eat lots of carbs in the morning because you need the energy and in the evening you should try to eat many proteins. By the way what do you think is better? Three bigger meals or five smaller ones?

I am not sure on the meal thing, I would rather eat 3 big meals a day, saves work in the kitchen!!!! But that is something to look into, maybe 5 little meals are better because you can burn off the small amount of calories better, I heard that eating more fiber is also good for you.

That is true and because of work it would be really difficult for me to have five meals a day. But most nutritionists believe that five meals are healthier I guess. Well maybe I should try it.
Oh and I have heard that you should have lots of pineapple because of its purifying effect!

Wow we are really learning alot, I didn't know that about the pineapple, I heard that grapes are good, gets rid of the extra water in your body, have you ever heard of that? I am going to stick to 3 meals a day and if I get hungry inbetween, then only fruit.

Yes I am buying many of those women's magazines. They are really helpful. You find so much good advise in there. No I haven't heard of that about grapes- too bad that I hate grapes
Well everybody always says: Eat fruit!
Why not eating nothing but fruit for a few days?? Do you think this might help to lose weight?

I think that you might get the runs if you just eat fruit, might lose weight that way, but I don't think it is a good idea. Friuts are good to replace snacks, but don't eat just fruit. Try mixing fruit with low fat yogurt, that is very tastey.

*lol* Might be true. You know what I am going to ask my doctor about this. Maybe you just have to eat different fruits.
Do you know if these one to three day diets are really working? I mean something like: Eat nothing but soup for three days. Or eat just cabbage for two days!

Try the cabbage soup diet for 7 days, I just bought the book, it is supposed to be healthy for you, it supplies all the vit. you need. Also keeps you full and you can eat as much of the soup as you can, I just flipped thru the pages, and there is a fruit day, the next day is a vegie one. Maybe you can find the plan in internet.

Actually I hate cabbage but if it helps. Why not. Do you have any further information about this kind of diet? Am I allowed to eat nothing but cabbage and drink water or may I eat at least some fruits? How is the book called? I might find some information in the internet about it!

The book is called "The new Cabbage soup diet" by Margaret Danbrot, you don't eat just the soup, one day you can eat all the fruits you want, the next day all the vegies you want. I am going to try it this week, first I ave to go shopping to get all the stuff.

Okay I will try to find the book! I might buy it too! Do you know how much it is? Maybe it is also available on ebay because then I might get it much cheaper :-)
That is a good idea. Do you think this will help us to lose weight? What are you going to eat on your first day?

I got the book in Ebay, it is used but I don't care, I read it last night and made my shopping list for all the things I need for the 7 days. I am going to start it after Easter, I am invited for dinner on Easter and I don't want to show up with my cabbage soup.

Okay so what are you going to buy? I would really like to hear about your cabbage soup diet! Let me know if it works! I am going to have a fruit day today! I bought lots of apples, some bananas, a pineapple and a mango. Hopefully I wont starve because of eating nothing but fruits :-) Hopefully my kioslim pills will agree with all the vitamins :-)

I am glad you are doing so good with Kioslim, a fruit day sounds great, I might do that too, I bought everything for my cabbage soup and lots of fruits and veg. skim milk and natural joghurt. The 4th day I can eat chicken, and the next day fish. I don't think that will be too hard do you?

Yes I am doing great with kioslim. I am so happy that I have ordered them! Turns out to be one of the best decision I have ever made
So my fruit day was great but unfortunately I haven't lost more weight than the days before. So I guess it is not necessary to do something like this.
No this won't be too difficult. But let me know if you are really losing MORE weight!

I think that a fruit day is good to clean out your system and that you don't really lose weight then. Tomorrow I am going on the scale and I will let you know how much I have lost, I hope I will be happy. Yes kioslim is great.

Yeah but I don't think that I will do another fruit day. All I want is a weight loss and if it doesn't help it is not worth doing it again :-) So hopefully you will have dropped a few pounds! But I am almost sure you have-maybe you have even dropped a size since taking kioslim!

Yeah I also think so. I think I dropped my first size after having taken kiolsim for about two weeks. That was such an amazing feeling. Hopefully you will be able to experience that feeling soon too! Right now I have already dropped two sizes. Can't weight to drop the third one!

Dropping 3 sizes is a dream come true, I just can't wait. How did your Easter go, I was so good, I ate normal and it felt good not to be the one that ate everything in sight. I did eat some chocolate eggs, but I think that is OK, don't you? I will make up for it tomorrow.

That is great. I bet you will have lots of fun on your shopping tour. I am sure that you will have dropped a size! And if not don't hang the head! And buy something else which you would like to have-maybe a new pair of shoes 'cause you don't need to lose weight to fit into shoes :-)

I am sure i can get something in a smaller size, most likely only a bra, why is it that when you lose weight, the boobs go first, is that where all the water was? I just might ask my doctor about that one, would be interesting to see of he has an answer, don't you think so?

Unfortunately this is true-therefore I haven't bought any underwear or at least bras during the past weeks because I am sure that I would be disappointed and I might start hating kioslim because of losing my boobs :-)Yeah you might ask your doctor about this! By the way, have you found anything in the mall?
