Hi Prissy I am also quite new to this forum. I know you feel right now. I also failed doing several diets. But about a mounth ago I decided to try kioslim. This is a weight loss pill which is quite new on the market. One of my friends told me about it. Do you know this product?

Yeah you are right. There are many weight loss pills on the market which are nothing but a fake. And they are expensive too! I was quite sceptical too - even when I had already ordered kioslim. But it seems to work. I feel very ative and highly motivated. My friend took kioslim over a period of 12 weeks and she lost 40 lbs! Great, huh?

WOW, they sound really good, did she have any side effects with them, did she do a diet also, this sounds very interesting. How many did you order??? Do you buy them by the month??? How much did you lose and how much do you want to lose`?? Are you gonna change anything??? Sorry about all the questions, but this sounds good

Hi Prissy,
quite many questions to answer :-)
Well my friend didn't do a diet-she just took the pills but I am doing a low-carb diet while taking kioslim. I think this would even help me to lose weight faster. What about you? I ordered a three month supply but maybe I won't need all three packages. But three packages are much cheaper than just one!:-) I have been taken the pills for almost two weeks and I have already lost 10 lbs!

WOW, that is great, hope mine come soon, I just ordered them yesterday, how long does it take to get them??? YA, I ordered a 3 month supply, cuz I have a really big bulk to lose, and 1 month won't cut it, what are you eating on your diet, I know I have to cut my eating down, for sure.

Well I think it is pretty difficult to say that in general. I got them about a week after I had ordered them. So hopefully you will get kioslim soon. Well right now I am doing a diet which I call "eat half of everything". It seems to work so far but I think it is not the best diet in the world. But I haven't found a good one yet. Do you know one?

Good then mine should be here this week. I haven't found a diet yet, I have to find one that I can stick too, I better get on it this week, any way I need a diet that doesn't seem like a diet, know what I mean, I think that maybe no diet is best, just watching what you eat, and eating healthy is the best thing, instead of chips at night, a bowl of vegies, what do you think??

Yes probably! If not you might call them or write them an email because I am sure that you want to start taking kioslim as soon as possible!
Yes this would probably be the best way but I think this wouldn't work for me yet. I still need a diet to learn how to eat healthy. Maybe I should just count calories. Do you think this might help?

Well counting calories might help, I tried that once but found that counting calories was too much for me. I am just going to cut down and try and leave the snacks alone, that should help, or if I have to snack, then eat something like an apple. I am not buying chips or anything like that anymore, a friend told me she eats sunflower seeds (in the shell) it keeps you munching but hardly any calories, maybe I will try that.

Yeah it might be true that counting calories might be qite exhausting because you have to write down everything. So hopefully you will be successful with that method. Unfortunately I don't think that this would work for me. I guess I have to keep on searching a good diet program. Hopefully I will find one soon!

If you find a good diet program, that is easy to stick to please let me know, a diet that is easy to follow, no counting calories, there has to be something out there that is good. I will also check around and see what there is.

Of course I will let you know. I googled "dieting programs" last night. But I am not sure if I have already found the perfect diet. I found "The 5 Factor Diet". Have you ever heard of it? If sounds quite good or what do you think of it? I think it might work while taking kioslim.

Thank you, I will have to look that one up, I know, there are so many diets around, you just don't know which one is good. I asked my doctor, and got the usual doctor answer, cut out fats, eat a balanced meal, etc. I know that, but I need some good tips. Let me know which one you are going to do.

Me neither. So what do you think about the Five Factor Diet. Do you think it might work? Or do you know any oter interesting dieting programs?
What a stupid answer. So for example what it a balanced meal? I really don't know. Do you know about carbohydrates, proteins, fats and stuff like that?

I don't know anything about those things, I guess that why I am so fat! I think a balanced diet is when you eat something from each food group a day. I remember that from high school, but don't ask me what the food groups are, I forgot. I think I am just going to watch what I eat, I can not follow a diet.

*lol* Me neither. But you talked about food in high school? That is great. Unfortunately I didn't have nutrient lessons...
Although I am taking kioslim and I am losing weight I still don't think that I will keep the weight off. I just don't know what healthy food is :-( But where to find help?

Look all over in the internet, I am going to do that too. There should be some books out that are about healthy eating. I have to do alot of checking, I really want to eat better and not be such a pig.

Guess what I got my pills today, I am going to start tomorrow morning, I sure can't wait. How much have you lost? I guess it takes awhile to lose the cravings for those sweets!!! I will most likely have the same problem, after years of eating junk.

That is wonderful! So hopefully the pills will work for you as good as they work for me! Let me know about your experiences! Yeah of course it will take some time - even kioslim is no miracle cure. You need to be patient but I am sure that the pills will help you!

Well I started today and the day went fine, didn't eat that much at all, felt full most of the day, I think that is good. I started watching what I eat, no candy today. I guess I just ate normal today. I am proud of myself. Hope this keeps going.

I haven't notice any side effects, so I guess it is OK for me to take kioslim, tomorrow morning I am going to hop on the scale, hope I lost some weight, that would be so cool. I am not going to eat any candy or chips, at least I am going to try, and if I really need something sweet I will eat alittle piece, can't hurt. How are you doing?

Great that you haven't experienced and side effects. Otherwise please go to the doctor as soon as possible because people might react differently to the active agents. So have you finally lost any weight? I am sure you have!Let me know! I am doing great with kioslim. I just love these pills

Wow that is quite much weight for such a short period of time. But please don't be too happy about this. It might be possible that you have lost nothing but water and therefore you won't keep on losing weight that fast. At least that happened when I started to take kioslim. I mean I am still losing weight but not that fast like in the beginning.

Yep, a few of my friends told me that too, but why do you lose water at first? This seems strange. I don't want to lose too fast because I have heard that if you lose fast the weight will come back, and I don't want that to happen.
