I have struggled with weight all my life. I remember when I was in the 6th grade; my doctor put me on my first diet. I didn't have a problem with my weight again until I had my children. With my second son came the onset of many health problems. I was in and out of the hospital, took a lot of medication, and gained weight. I also lost my father who I was very close to.
